Phases
Foundation • Shift • Elevation
Every woman arrives here at a different point in the ‘pause. Some are noticing the early shifts. Others are in the thick of it. Some are ready to expand and step into what comes next.
This work moves through three core phases: Foundation, Shift, and Elevation. A progression from stabilising, to adapting, to building forward. Each pathway meets you where you are and supports what you need next.
The Groundwork
Root down, preparing to rise.
Before the bigger shifts of midlife show up, there’s a quiet but powerful stage of preparation. In your 30s, subtle changes in energy, mood, and hormones signal the start of a new chapter. The Foundation phase is about noticing, understanding, and responding. It’s about building habits, awareness, confidence, and resilience that will support you through the ‘pause.
The Passage
Harness the transition, rise stronger.
This is the part many women talk about, the part where things get loud. Sleep can get messy. Mood swings may show up. Energy wobbles. You’re not quite who you were, but not yet sure who you’re becoming. This is perimenopause and it can show up as early as our mid-30’s but more commonly in our early to mid-40’s.
The Integration
Rise into Power. Rise into You.
This phase is about consolidating your gains, stepping fully into your capabilities, and unabashedly embracing your evolving self. In your 50s - average onset around 51–52 - energy stabilises, your body and mind feel stronger, and you have a clearer sense of who you are and what you want this next chapter to look like.
