This is not a group fitness block.
It’s not a generic menopause course.
And it’s not surface-level support.
This is eight weeks of personalised, integrated care - designed to meet you exactly where you are physiologically, mentally, and emotionally.
Because one size fits one.
One week before we start, you’ll complete a comprehensive intake questionnaire.
This is a deep dive into your current physiology, symptoms, stress patterns, sleep, movement history, nutrition, emotional landscape, and lifestyle realities.
I review this thoroughly before we begin. From it, we build your scaffolding - the structure your eight weeks will rest on.

Your weekly rhythm includes:
Where We Begin
1:1 Integrated Session (75–90 minutes)
Every session is a blend of the modalities that best support you that week:
• Soft manual therapy and myofascial work
• Strength and functional movement coaching
• Hormone-aware training principles
• Nutrition and lifestyle strategy
• Nervous system regulation
• Mindset and behavioural tools
Some weeks we lean more into bodywork.
Some weeks more into strength.
Some weeks we recalibrate sleep, stress, or food.
The work adapts as you do.
Between-Session Support
Momentum matters.
Each week includes:
• One extended touchpoint (email or call) for deeper questions, reflection, or adjustments
• 1–2 short check-ins via text for tune-ups and accountability
You’re supported without dependency.
Guided without overwhelm.
Studio & Recovery Access
Each week you can also choose between a:
• 45-minute solo studio session, or
• Access to a 45-minute weekly sauna + red/infrared light community session
The sauna and light sessions may be shared with the other women in this round.
