How We Work in Foundation

You don’t have to wait for the wheels to wobble.

This phase is for women who want to feel strong, capable, and deeply supported in their bodies - now and later.

No matter what phase you are in, each session is longer than a typical appointment because nothing is rushed. Every element - manual therapy, movement, nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and mindset work - is woven together, flowing naturally in response to where you are that day. The session is delivered in relationship, through conversation, connection, and careful observation, so the work is personalised, integrated, and truly supports you.

Soft Manual Therapy
Massage, myofascial release, and gentle joint and soft tissue movement are tailored to your body’s unique needs. Sessions support optimal movement patterns, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate physical ease - helping you move with more body-mind connection, comfort and confidence.

Movement & Strength Coaching
Foundational resistance training, mobility, and nervous-system-friendly exercises build strength, stability, and long-term resilience. The focus is on supporting your bones, joints, and muscles, while preparing your body for future hormonal transitions.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Guidance
Practical tools and strategies help you optimise sleep, energy, metabolism, gut and liver health, and overall nutrition. Habits are created collaboratively and tailored to your schedule, body, and goals - no generic solutions, only personalised guidance that works for you.

Mindset Adaptations
Using growth mindset principles, we explore how your beliefs influence behaviour, consistency, and long-term outcomes. This work is woven into each session, making mindset something you practise - not just think about.
