This work supports women across the spectrum of midlife - from those in their 30s preparing early, through perimenopause, menopause, and into postmenopause.
You may be noticing changes in energy, strength, sleep, mood, or metabolism. Or simply a sense that your body feels different, and what used to work no longer does.
You don’t need to be in crisis.
You don’t need to be fit.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. This is for women who want to approach this stage intentionally - with personalised support, not generic programs.
Wherever you are - preparing, navigating, or building forward - this work meets you there.
-
Yes, regardless of if your cycles are still arriving like clockwork (if they ever did) or if your cycle is becoming a bit unpredictable, this work is for you.
No matter what your cycle is doing, your training, recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle are adapted to the physiology you’re in - not forced into a one-size-fits-all approach.
-
Absolutely.
Menopause is just one day, 12 months after your last cycle. You will be postmenopausal for the rest of your glorious days.
You could be postmenopausal for more than half your lifetime - strength, bone density, metabolic health, and nervous system resilience become increasingly important here.
-
This work complements hormone therapy beautifully.
Your programming simply takes your current medical support into account. If needed, I may recommend collaboration with your GP or other practitioners.
-
Life happens.
Where possible, sessions will be rescheduled within the series window. If that isn’t possible, then we’ll discuss options and find a solution so your momentum in the series continues.
-
Not at all.
Strength work is scaled to your current capacity.
Technique, progression, and safety are prioritised, especially in midlife where intelligent loading protects bone and connective tissue.
-
For most women, yes, and they can be profoundly supportive for recovery and nervous system regulation.
However, if you have cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, certain autoimmune conditions, or are unsure, we discuss this before participation.
Your safety comes first.
-
If you are looking for quick fixes, calorie counts, or high-intensity punishment, this likely isn’t your space.
If you are ready to understand your body, build strength intentionally, and invest in long-term wellbeing, this may be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
-
When your journey calls for support beyond my scope, I collaborate with and refer to trusted local practitioners to complement our work.
This may include:
• Hormone testing
• Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT)
• Functional lab testing
• Targeted supplementation
• Other specialised medical supportYou are never navigating this stage alone. And your care is never siloed.
Your health deserves a team, not fragmented advice.

It’s not rushed. And it’s not transactional.
Each session is unhurried and responsive, shaped by what’s happening in your body and your life that day.
We work in conversation.
Through observation.
Through listening to both what you say, and what your body shows. No two sessions look exactly the same.
Some days we focus more on bodywork - soft tissue, nervous system, creating space.
Some days we build strength and capacity.
Some days we simplify what’s become noisy - sleep, food, stress, rhythm.Everything is integrated.
Nothing is siloed. You’re not handed a generic plan and sent away.
We work together to understand what’s happening, and to build something that actually fits your body and your life. There is structure, but it’s not rigid.
There is support that builds confidence, autonomy, and a deeper trust in your own body.Over time, women often feel more connected to their bodies.
More clear on what works.
More capable of adjusting as things shift. This is work that meets you where you are and evolves with you.

You won’t find me on social media.
It’s not how I choose to spend my time, and it’s not how I like to connect.I value real conversations where you can ask questions, get a feel for the work and for me, and see if it’s the right fit for you.
If you’re curious, unsure, or just want to talk things through, I’m always open.
I love a good chin wag, it’s far more useful than trying to piece things together from a few posts lost in the noise of social media.
