One.
The Evolve series (8 Weeks)
(immersive, personalised, foundational work)
These begin the second week of each term. A small, high-touch experience for up to four women ready for structure, support, and real momentum.
Each 1:1 session is spacious, relational, and deeply responsive - where bodywork, movement, nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset are woven together in real time.
Over eight weeks, we work in a way that allows for true integration. Not just addressing what’s showing up on the surface, but understanding patterns, building awareness, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
This is a fully supported container. Between-session guidance, personalised planning, and consistent touchpoints ensure the work continues beyond each session - so you’re not left to figure things out on your own.
The depth here is different.
Slower where it needs to be.
More precise.
More connected.
This is where we lay foundations, navigate change, or build forward - depending on where you are.
This is the work that shifts things.
The Momentum series (5 sessions)
Two.
(lighter container, still intentional)
Each session is unhurried and responsive, blending movement, bodywork, and practical guidance in a way that meets you where you are.
Over five consecutive weeks, we focus on rebuilding rhythm and consistency - supporting your body while simplifying what may have become noisy or inconsistent.
You’ll still experience the integrated nature of the work - manual therapy, movement, and lifestyle support - but with a lighter touch and less between-session depth than the Evolve Series.
This is about regaining traction.
Re-establishing patterns.
And creating momentum you can carry forward.
Three.
(entry point / ongoing support / tune-up)
A single session offers a personalised, in-the-moment experience of the work.
We meet your body exactly where it is - whether that’s tension, fatigue, inconsistency, or simply a desire to reconnect.
Each session may include a blend of bodywork, movement, and practical guidance, but without the structure or continuity of a longer container.
This is a reset.
A recalibration.
Or a place to begin.
